When called to ask why, I was told their credit department needed to ask me a few questions, why? And if the DID need to ask a few questions why didn't they contact me before I contacted them regarding my order?

The product stayed with the leasing office before I investigated and found out. The price and availability of the product were both excellent, I was very very happy with onsale.com.
