by Online Shopper, Jun 03, 2008 It was a real hassle and several phone calls, faxes and email in trying to get them to dfeliver to my shipping address. But if they insisted on delivering to my home address, no one is around during the day and it would have been returned for non-signature

by Online Shopper, May 31, 2008 DHL always has trouble finding my house and delivering on time. No other delivery company has these issues. I didn't know DHL was having address problems because they never called. I received the info from tracking the package and had to call them to straighten it out.... Dump DHL!
