It was very difficult to understand the support personnel as they did not speak proper English. It can be difficult to find a good selection of Gateway products in area stores. Such as the large box stores.

I found that all the items I was searching for was very well described and easy to find. Which was a big help to me.Everything I ordered arrived just as I was promised.

Being a new software(Vista) they were very helpful in finding a printer and taking back the one that was ordered. On-line is great and their tech support is good. However, there phone system is tricky to get use to.
