Another item I purchased that was a Bellisimo diamond simulant cross pendant with chain vermeil piece for my mother a couple of years ago, quickly tarnished, but the heart stayed intact. Kind of upsetting, since I paid over $80 for it. Other than these two items, mostly everything has me my expectations... More

The tv did not ship out on schedule and 5 days after it was due to be here I cancelled the order and went and bought a tv from the store. ShopNBC needs a better system.

by Online Shopper, Jul 20, 2008 I still need to contact customer support about my return/replacement because their hours of operation were not in sync with my schedule; however, I will contact them this week. Usually I absolutely love everything I purchase from Shop[ NBC!

by Online Shopper, Jul 20, 2008 I cancelled this order but was never notified that shop nbc did not cancel it, they told me to call the spa in the box vendor , I did and they had no record of the cancellation, shop nbc was rude and not helpful to me the customer, I will never place an order again.
