Had to call customer service and he told me I had to go online to resolve all my issues regarding getting a "return item code" , but was unable to sign on with my password and had to call back again to be able to access the item #. Now I have to pay for the return while I already... More

by patch2112, May 21, 2008 After 10 days and 2 unanswered emails, I finally called about my order. Was told my item was discontinued. Guess they weren't going to bother letting me know. Asked if they were going to help pay for the next day delivery that I have to get now, they said no. Never again. Philip
