I call and hold for more that an hour without any answer. I think that if I have to continue to call in order to get my order processed, forget it. Two days later I received an email that my order was shiped. I frankly don't understand... More

by Online Shopper, Jul 17, 2008 I had a problem with the first order not entering and had to re enter and the charge went thru twice. Customer service was extremely helpful tracing the problem and providing resolution. I felt comfortable and confident the issue was resolved.

The company labeled the merchandise incorrectly and it was delivered back to their warehouse instead of to our house in Houston.
