Their has been no positive corrective action to receive my order in a timely manner. Your customer service & advise of order status is totally insufficient. The only problem we had was Yellow Shipping called and sent a postcard to say that the range would be here on Tuesday 7/22 which worked out great for us since we were going out of town. They later called on Tues to say that it wasn't in town and wouldn't ship until Friday 7/25 so we... More
