by Online Shopper, Jul 16, 2008 the sony surround sound headset for my TV did not work right from the start, the only way to fix it was mail it in to a repair shop none available here. then they didn't fix it. We had to complain to corporate headquarters before it was fixed. We had to mail it back a second time.

by Online Shopper, May 21, 2008 This is a great site to get detailed information on Sony products. Comparison shop with other sites if price is your main consideration. This is the place to shop for Sony accessories, but prices were better on the big-ticket items on other sites, such as buy.com.

by Online Shopper, May 13, 2008 My overall view is that i needed an item and it would of taken me over 3 hours to drive there and this was online i saved high gs costs and i got it sent to me with in a few days. and was the same price as in the store with a shipping cost of course but still saved my time. so it was good overall
