For some reason this was flagged as possible fraud and I received an email at 3:30 PM requesting I call them (this was the day it was supposed to ship), needless to say my player did not ship out until the next day. I have since ordered an all inclusive package that will come w/ all assys. I shall be returning the product to you. Do I need a return number? Dana Pratt

It is offensive to me that I had to pay return shipping charges when you sent me a defective item. I wasn't returning it because I changed my mind; you sent me a defective item, although you charged me for a properly-working item.

by Online Shopper, May 05, 2008 All was fine except for the fact that, while the product was on its way to me, I found the same exact item at a much, much better price in another catalog so it was worth it to me to send yours back and order the other. Had you matched the published price I found, I'd have stayed your customer.
