by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 The color description of the shoes was "red", however, the color was closer to - Wine. They are not red, but they still match the dress I planned on wearing them with, so I will not return them. Otherwise, I would.

Then, I got a postcard saying it was no longer available and they were sorry. by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 Some of the items offered by Chadwick's are very true to size, but some of the sub-brands do not run true. It would be helpful if the catalog ran comments (item runs small for size--etc) to help in ordering.

by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 The only problem I had with the clothing I ordered was the sizing. In some brands I wear a 16 and in others 18's. I should have ordered all my clothing in size 18. I was very pleased with the ease of returning the 3 items that did not fit. I plan on shopping at chadwick's again now that I know what size I need to order. Thank you for your interest. Misti... Chadwick's did send an e-mail informing me of this, but almost 3 months (it is due to ship 07/27/08) is a long time to wait for an item. Someone underestimated the popularity of the item or the chain of communication got messed up some how.
