by Online Shopper, Jun 30, 2008 I wish TigerDirect had a technical support line, either by phone or live chat to handle any technical questions I have about a product. I have had to return some products because of some incompatibility issues not stated on the website. RMA was a very positive experience, but if I had my questions answered, I could have avoided the entire process.

Although they claimed it was new, it was clearly reconditioned; the battery cover did not fit properly and fell apart in a few weeks, at which point we could see that it had been glued together wrongly. The store was not concerned when I brought this to their attention.
