by Online Shopper, Jul 21, 2008 Product arrived and was not operable. Had to get on telephone w/ Garmin cust svc. Was on hold 1 hr 30 minutes! Their website and email for cust suppport was not working. The item should have been check prior to shipping to make sure it was operable.

by Online Shopper, Jul 21, 2008 I respect the fact that Radio Shack admitted the mistake was theirs. However, the error caused me to run around at the last minute looking for a replacement before leaving for vacation.
