I would have appreciated an estimated time frame I would have to wait without being laughed at for trying to buy a $1700 lens that happens to be in high demand.

So far it all looks great and I can understand the extra adapter plates being on b/o because the ballhead came with one so I'm good for now. My only concern is with the hanger hook that is nowhere to be found, can you send this little item please? My order # is 4691114-1, thanks.
