by KBrunori, Jun 18, 2008 FTD did not deliver the correct plant to my mother for Mother's Day and refused to correct the situation when notified. I will never do business with them again since they care so little for their customers once they have their money.

I have to assume they met my expectations. However, having to explain this for you so I will stop receving reminder emails has greatly reduced my originally positive experience with FTD.
