by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 customer service does nothing to solve the problems buy.com overcharge sales tax .my local sales tax is 8.375% . they charge 8.75%.on this order they charge on a $10.00 item with free shipping .95 tax.i email them and the reply was they had to charge tax on shipping charges.

In this particular case (a reconditioned item), I was a bit disappointed because it did not include any manuals to indicate how to use it. I ultimately figured it out (mostly) and it seems to work ok. Still a couple of buttons I don't understand though.

While they seem adequate at blocking outside noise, the treble response was quite weak even with treble boost on in the EQ. Brahms Violin Concerto sounded very thin.
