by Online Shopper, Jul 06, 2008 I never received a receipt(invoice) or a shipping confirmation or shipment tracking emails. It took 3 rounds of email and calls with customer support to finally get an invoice.

by Online Shopper, Jul 05, 2008 Speaker was received as an open box. I did not order an open box item nor did I receive an open item discount. Customer services response was simply that I had 30 days to return it. They were not concerned item was open box merchandise.
