by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 product not availible online at qouted price, had to drive to store to buy at an 8% inflated price than what was qouted. Best buy not cooperative and had poor customer service with 50% of their managers, however the one young woman manager at university store aloowed the proper qouted online price waiving the surplus in cost.

by Online Shopper, Jul 04, 2008 I was not sure how to use my reward zone certificate on line; i.e. what numbers to put in at checkout. The person who helped me gave me the wrong information and did not appear to have a big knowledge base on this subject. In the end, I figured out what numbers to put in by myself.
