by Online Shopper, Apr 15, 2008 A tutorial for first-time Mac users would have been helpful. For example: how to "right-click" with a one-button mouse... how to find applications like "notepad" (I know it's called something different on Mac) on your computer, etc. Other than that, very satisfied.

Their customer service is outsourced to China or somewhere and the agents are not empowered to satisfy the customer. Club Mac also does not answer their email concerning customer service issues.
