by Online Shopper, Jul 20, 2008 Great item, excellent price, very speedy shipping. Only complaint is the rebate for shipping. I think it's an unnecessary complication to the process. Onsale could just make it free off the bat.

It did not arrive one time, if at all, because she had to fly out, and therefore is a BIG HEADACHE. We have no idea where the order is. OnSale, you failed this one. We will not be back in the USA for two weeks, so we´ll have to wait to see what we can do when we return... More

by Online Shopper, Jun 22, 2008 UPS put their shipping label on top of the UPC code that I was supposed to use to claim the rebate. I called and a CSA told me to send the UPC like that. I don't know if I will get my rebate.

I was out of town X5 days. when order had not arrived (paid xtra for 2day shipping) tracked order and found note discontinued. Prior emails from onsale confirmed my correct address and I had made prior purchases. Contact viafon to customer service was basically 'too bad' little attempt... More
