Full Review for Office Depot

The online experience was good... but everything else was a disaster. I got a coupon at the Office Depot website which made my chair $35 less. When I went to pick my chair up they said that the coupon was not valid, that it was fake and that I could not get my chair. They were total b!#$%$tches and finally told me that I would need to print out the coupons somewhere, although I told them I had driven 15 miles to pick up the stupid chair. Further, I cannot print out the coupon because it is an ONLINE coupon, and in the OD website they don't give you a hard copy coupon, not even the option to print out a hard copy. If these idiots from OD in Philadelphia (Roosevelt Blvd branch) knew how to use a computer or had ever gone into the OD website, they would know this. They were rude and unhelpful and truly horrible. Not only did they insult me by telling me I was trying to "rob" them of money by getting a bogus coupon but they did not even check online whether I was telling the truth or not. They just saw my printed receipt with coupon written on it and they basically kicked me out of the store. That's why Staples is doing so much better, they are much more polite. They should get real professionals at Office Depot, at least have the manager have half a neuron in her/his head. The stupidest thing is that the branch looked like it was going to go out of business, in the middle of an empty run down shopping center, with only one other customer in the whole store on a Saturday. I would have thought they would have wanted business, or maybe they are pushing all customers on purpose. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THE OFFICE DEPOT BRANCH ROOSEVELT BLVD, PHILADELPHIA!
