Full Review for Office Depot

I found a scanner at office depot that no other office suplly store had. I also had a coupon from staples that when i was at office depot the customer service rep. said i could use it to purchase my item just call the 1-800-number. Well the item was only available on-line and the customer service rep. that answered the phone we don't do that on-line i can't help you and that was that. Mind you i have a business and purchase all my office supplies from there. i only shop there because of convience being near my home but now i will shop else where. Poor customer service!
