All that I wanted or needed was there on the computer format, right in front of me. All was easy to look up when I did need to find pricing and delivery charges (they did not apply). I had a very special shopping treat, no problems. Also, when merchandise was received, all inventory was correct, actually, I received some odd paper clips Free. I like the fact they stand behind their merchandise without a whole lot of Jazz. One happy customer.
