by Online Shopper, May 09, 2008 I ordered and they would not ship this gift to another address until i called my credit card company and had the address changed. What really upset me the most was they wanted to call my employer and verify information. At that point I told them NO!! I told them it was not my employer's business what I purchased and that my personal purchases or verification was not necessary. I have excellent credit and gave them my credit information and they wasted more than 100 minutes of my cell phone time back and forth with phone calls to finally get my item. When I ordered the item I had calculated it to be there by Friday. But with all the runaround it did not get there until the following Tuesday. I was not happy!!Their credit manager was rude and actually insinuated I was yelling at him. I was diconneccted several times because of the area I was calling from and when I spoke louder he got arrogant. I tried to explian it was due to my calling area and that I raised my voice but was not yelling at him.Instead, he threatened not to process the order. If it was not for lack of wanting the item at that moment I would have just cancelled the order. I will never order another item from this company after all the aggravation they put me through for a single item.I am still a bit overwhelmed that I had to even go through this horrible experience!!
