by Online Shopper, Jul 13, 2008 What I like most about Tech for Less is that they are honest in dealing business. What they described about the product is what you are going to get. They mean it when they say that they are going to ship the product that evening. You will get a notice from the time you purchase the product and a tracking link on the UPS shipment.

by legolyle, Jun 28, 2008 Tech for Less is what seems to me the begginging of a site like Newegg.com which im sure many are familiar with. pros: its customer service is above average they answer their phones and emails, and provide as much info as needed for order tracking/information and their product descriptions are accurate, very accurate to the last detail i have found... More

The person answering (Erik) knew what I needed and was very customer service oriented. Just my kind of guy. The product arrived in blazing time and Erik was right, it is just what I needed. Thanks.

by rabbit, Apr 30, 2008 I ordered six thumb drives and they were in a dis array when I received them and now four don't work. It said i needed the original packaging but there wasn't any for pat of them they were loose in the container. I would never purchase anything from them again.

They were not good and clear and the color is not as good as the my older styles printer that I have. And I also thought this printer had a scanner on it and it dose not. The ink cart. were not full.
