I am happy with MacMall, but VERY disappointed in UPS. They delivered an expensive piece of equipment to the wrong address, leaving it outside when no one was home. How easily it could have disappeared or been wrecked! Who would have been liable when they claimed they 'delivered', but I only received it because I have a good neighbor.
