by Online Shopper, May 01, 2008 I was upset that I didn't receive my free charger and cover for my i pod touch. I ended up paying more for it than if I would have bought it at the store after shipping and was banking on not having to purchase a case or charger. When I contacted the person at Clubmac his response was that I didn't click the right boxes and that I could order it from him then... but I would have to pay for shipping again. When I expressed my frustration his response was that he couldn't help me and I would have to call back at a different time. Which if it was like the first time I was on hold that would be twenty min of my time to have another rude phone conversation. I would have returned the ipod but I had it engraved and apperently I cant do that either. I was very frustrated with the the lack of clarity and over all sketchy feel.
