Pros: Audio and video quality are superior. Selecting tracks or whole albums is right at the touch of a button. The large screen makes video playback and slide show viewing very enjoyable. FM radio feature is excellent (displays names of stations and songs). | Cons: No battery charger included (only charges through USB). Only supports a few formats (WMV, WMA, MP3, and AAC) natively and everything else needs to be converted which takes some time. Pros: Plus points - - Microsoft product so gets well with all MS OS - Option of FM radio - Bigger and more brighter screen - ease of use Overall it is excellant product at reasonable price. | Cons: - Default option of auto sync turned ON. First time user be aware of this. If you remove data from your laptop or desktop then Zune while synchronising will remove it from player also. I will suggest to turn it off while doing intial setup | |||
