by Online Shopper, Dec 15, 2009 The website for billing/shipping information somehow changed my information after the order was processed and only used my billing address, so there was a lot of confusion with where the product was being shipped to.

by Online Shopper, Dec 15, 2009 The only thing I had a problem with is when the package arrived it was not in a shipping box. It was the product and the invoice. I called customer service to see if the product had been shipped or if you dropped It off and the woman was clueless.

by Online Shopper, Dec 15, 2009 I am pleased with office depot. The printer purchased destroyed itself during setup. The customer support from HP has been less than exemplary, and as yet I hae not been able to use the product. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved.

by Online Shopper, Dec 15, 2009 The only thing was that I never got anything telling me to pick my order up in the store. The order confirmation says that you will receive a separate email when I could pick up my order and I never did.
