Not much of a selection but I felt lucky to find a product I was looking for. J C Penny's wants you in the store and don't seem to interested in their web site or availability of items on their web site. I may look again at some point but... More

I'd like it if they carried more preppy style clothes for boys rather than all faded/graphic tee style stuff, but their school uniform clothes are great. It's also a go to stop for girls clothing -- you can get something stylish... More

Policies for things like promotional codes, free shipping offers, etc. are not clearly stated. I'll get an email that offers a discount--say 50% off a particular item--but after I finally find...
