by Online Shopper, Dec 02, 2009 I expected delivery by Thanksgiving (given the date I ordered and your 'expected' delivery time). That did not happen. It would have been nice to have a more actual delivery time, maybe given our actual location. Love the knives, tho.

by Online Shopper, Dec 01, 2009 The pictured product I ordered is not what I received. I could have ordered what I received from Target.com or cookware.com for $5 less. but I wanted the pictured product at cutleryandmore.com. This creates a trust issue for me.
